I stayed at this hotel and was not happy. The extra charge for the airport bus was unexpected and made the overall stay quite expensive. For a family of four, I would recommend choosing a hotel closer to the airport to save on costs and hassle.

Great hotel :)

Great stay at the Crowne Plaza, very comfortable bed. Staff at the hotel were great, my 7 year old daughter has ADHD so she’s fussy with breakfast. Ahmad went the extra mile and found her chocolate muffins which she was really pleased with :) Only a few minutes walk from terminal 1 and terminal 3.

The hotel is quite run down, old and in need of money spent on it. Dust everywhere. The rooms are tired with shower curtains falling down. Very hard bed with only one pillow each in a double room. One bath towel, one hand towel, one water glass - are they only really catering for one person? The hotel was full of children and teenagers who were there fir a football tournament - no sign of any adukts as they ran riot around the hotel. Woken at 6.30am by peooke talking loudly to each other in the corridors.

Parking not clear - states must pay on arrival but £25 at machine. If we’d have waited until we got inside it was £15. Panicked as traffic officer taking photos of cars. No apology given by hotel. Drinks on tap overpriced and not very nice
