This is a very convenient location. Metrolink station right behind the building which will take you to downtown area in 10 -15 mins ride. There was a Tesco (10mins walk from hotel) and also Aldi and M&S Foods in white city area (also about 10 -15 mins walk). The staff were super friendly, room was clean and we got cleaning service every day. Breakfast was buffet style and had a good selection of hot items. It is £10/ person. There was washing and drying machine on the 1st floor and it was free to use, just need to buy detergent pods from the front desk (£1 each) I highly recommend this hotel and if I go to Manchester again, I will stay in this hotel again.

Easy for the tram to town but far enough out to make getting back on to the motorways easier when you head back home. Staff are great, great night's sleep, great breakfast. All round great.

When I first entered my room there was a dirty nightdress left behind which did not create a good first impression. The treadmill and cross trainer were also out of order in the fitness centre which was a great pity. However the staff were very friendly and the room once the nightdress was removed was fine. The room is well soundproofed as it was quiet during the night meaning I could sleep. Not sure if I would stay again as the dirty nightdress put me off.

My stay was good, the room had everything I needed and was comfortable enough. The only slight issue was the computer system was down when I arrived so I had to wait over an hour to be able to check in. Although IT issues happen, perhaps it wasn’t dealt with ideally in this instance as there were many, many people waiting to check in, we were asked to wait at the bar but weren’t even given a complementary water while waiting and were expected to buy drinks if wanted. However, once the system was back up everyone was quickly and efficiently checked in.

Convenient for city centre access on tram.

Quiet, convenient for tram. Free parking. Good breakfast. All amenities acceptable. Nothing special, but good location for getting in to city centre and for Old Trafford stadium. Only negative was that I found the bed uncomfortable
