We had a great stay here and were genuinely impressed. Even though there was construction going on in the lobby, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze, which I really appreciated. At another hotel we stayed at recently, they handed us pages of rules and warnings, as if they expected guests to behave badly. Not here. We were treated like valued humans, and that made a big difference. We stayed in a king suite with a jacuzzi tub and loved the room. It was cozy, clean, and had everything you needed. The bed was soft and super comfortable, and having two large widescreen TVs—one by the bed and one in the sitting area—was a nice touch. Breakfast was good and what you’d expect: eggs, pancakes, and for me, a real treat—biscuits and gravy. I also liked that there was an attendant in the breakfast area whose job was to assist guests. He was very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. Checkout was just as easy as check-in—nothing more than a text and dropping off the key cards. Overall, a very comfortable stay with great service. We’d absolutely stay here again.
