The hotel has poor hygiene standards and staff were very dismissive and rude. Rooms are very small and were not cleaned despite several requests. Breakfast is very poor and as regular visitors to Leonardo properties we would never visit this property again.

I would have expected a higher standard of cleanliness for a 4 star hotel. The bathroom sink is super small, with not much space to place items and the only available space directly above the toilet which I did not really like. Also, from an environmental perspective, the hotel card did not control the lights so it’s very easy to leave the room with all lights on which is not very environment friendly.

The Staff were lovely, friendly welcoming. The breakfast was amazing well worth the money. The bed was so comfy! The room was lovely and clean, the sheets and towels felt and smelt lovely. We would stay again! & Tramline straight outside for the CO-OP live arena
