City centre hotel

Greathotel, on line check was quick & worked well. Annie on reception was wonderful. Rolms were clean comfy & modern. Altogether a great stay. Great location

Weekend stay

Finding the hotel was easy, extremely well positioned to get round central Manchester, Deansgate was just around the corner and Victoria train station and the AOL arena were just a 5 minute walk away. Check in was a bit puzzling to start with as I hadn't checked into these hotels before, but a helpful member of staff showed me what to do. We were on the 7th floor, the lift was quick and smooth and our room was the 1st on the corridor. It was a nice sized room with a very comfortable bed, a nice size bathroom with a great walk in shower. If your looking for things to do and see in central Manchester thuis hotel in the Cathedral Quarter would be an ideal choice.

I chose this hotel for its rating and walking distance to AO Arena. It was comfortable and clean. However, for a 4 star hotel the amenities in the room were lacking. There were zero bathroom amenities so I had to ask at reception. The coffee making facilities are quite basic for a moden hotel and the air conditioning wouldn't work. Also the check in process is quite tedious for no reason.
