The Space:

Ground floor

A bright, open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa, a 50-inch Ultra HD smart TV and Netflix. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, pantry essentials, tea and coffee, and a dining table that seats six. A spacious king-size bedroom with a shower room next to the kitchen, ideal for anyone who would rather not take the stairs.



First floor

One further king room and two double rooms, all with quality linen and generous storage, plus a family shower room with toiletries provided.



Built for work and longer stays



High-speed internet throughout and a dedicated workspace, so the house suits remote work or a project stay, with a washer and dryer that make extended visits easy.



Outside

Free off-street parking with room for several vehicles, plus a private garden.



Guest Access:

The whole house is yours for your stay. Check yourself in at any time with the keypad, so early or late arrivals are never a problem. For longer stays, we can arrange optional cleaning and fresh linen to keep everything comfortable.



The Neighborhood:

St. John's Manor sits on a quiet residential street in Stretford, in the heart of Trafford. You are close to Old Trafford for football and cricket, a short hop from MediaCity and Salford Quays, and within easy reach of the Trafford Centre for shopping and dining. A Tesco Express is a short walk away, with a park and children's playground around ten minutes on foot, so everyday life is easy whether you are here for a few nights or a few months.



Getting Around:

Free off-street parking at the property with room for multiple vehicles. The M60 and A56 are minutes away, MediaCity is around a 10-minute drive and Old Trafford is a 30-minute walk. Co-op Live is roughly 15 minutes by car, and the Peak District is around 30. Nearby Metrolink tram stops and bus routes connect you to central Manchester, and the airport is a straightforward drive.
