I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent check-in experience at your hotel.
While we fully understand that the weekend was exceptionally busy with the start of the Oasis event, we found your check-in policy to be both misleading and frustrating. Your online booking page prominently displays a check-in time of 3pm, which reasonably leads guests to believe that their rooms will be ready at that time. It is only upon closer inspection, in much smaller print, that it states âcheck-in starts from 3pm.â This distinction is extremely subtle, feels intentionally vague, and comes across as unnecessarily sneaky. Clear communication upfront would have avoided any misunderstanding.
To make matters worse, we had booked two rooms under the same reservation. While one of these rooms was ready, inexplicably, ours was not. This inconsistency only added to our frustration.
Perhaps most disappointing of all was the attitude of the staff we dealt with. We were met with stubborn, rude, and wholly unempathetic responses. They flatly offered four complimentary drinks as compensationâwithout any real apology or sign of understanding. Their demeanor was indifferent, lacking any warmth or concern for the inconvenience caused. Frankly, this felt disrespectful and dismissive.
We expected far better from a hotel of your reputation, particularly when issues were clearly due to internal communication and policy presentation. We hope you take this feel
