If only we could wake up to this view everyday. It's exactly how it's pictured. We had some overcast days, but we made the best of it and still very much enjoyed our stay. We got to watch the deer feed almost ever morning! With everything going on, this was a great break from reality. We will definitely come back!

This stay was one of our favorites on the North coast of California. Love the provate beach with all of the driftwood. The house was peregect for our needs and everyone slept amazing on the comfortable beds

Amazing stay

Everything about this property is perfectly comfortable and beautiful and I would absolutely stay here again. Great neighborhood. You can walk or drive in to irish beach with a paved trail. House has everything you need including couch covers to keep clean from dogs. Beautiful views from every angle even the bath tub Electric fire places are effortless. Privacy from neighbors. I could go on. You can’t go wrong.

MARVELOUS stay in Manchester

This vacation home is so welcoming, comfortable and impressive! Our "friends-party-of-four" had an excellent time enjoying this beautiful ocean-front property. The location, the gorgeous view and the upscale house qualities surpassed our expectations. Thank you for your welcoming wine gift and the extra special touches extended in abundant kitchen amenities and house provisions. We did not have our dog with us on this trip, but appreciated the kind thoughtfulness of pet necessities provided at this property. Local ocean-view hiking trails and day trips to nearby towns and Anderson Valley wineries were absolutely wonderful experiences. We highly look forward to a return visit again, sometime soon!

Another beautiful Mendocino Coast vacation

This was our family's second visit here and we were lucky enough to secure a longer stay. This is a stunningly beautiful property and offers a great place to relax and enjoy everything the Mendocino coast has to offer. Convenient to Mendocino and just a short drive to the redwoods. This is our favorite place to vacation.

Magnificent Ocean Views

We had an absolutely lovely time staying here. The views are incredible, and we loved being able to hear the ocean all day and night with the windows open. The house is very nice and clean. We greatly appreciated how well stocked the kitchen is with appliances, plates, and containers that allowed us to cook and even pack some picnic items. A short drive away, the private beach access is nice, and the beach is very scenic. We found it to be a good location for a day trip to the Montgomery Woods State Natural Reserve and Mendocino. It was also a lovely place to relax, read, and look at the ocean.

Memorable family vacation

The property is immaculate. The beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked, with lovely eye to detail. The host (Emily) was gracious and very responsive. The driveway is very steep but navigable. The guest bathroom may need to be updated to be consistent with the rest of the beautiful house. The Irish beach is private, quiet and frankly heals the soul. The thoughtful touches to make pets welcome was very heartening. Thank you, Emily. We had a wonderful vacation where all three generations in our family came together for a few memorable days.

We loved it!

We stayed here with our family of 7 and this was quite easily the most favorite place we have ever vacationed. There are breathtaking ocean views from almost every room. The hosts were very informative and have really made this place special. There was a binder with excellent local information and all of the drawers and cabinets were labeled which was a great help. We didn't want to leave and this is at the top of our list for places to visit again.

As near to perfection as you can get!

I can’t say enough about this place. The house is almost perfect. Clean, beautiful, but not sterile. There are ocean views in nearly every room. Amenities are incredible. The really awesome thing was a whale was in the water about 100 yards away during our entire stay! We will be back.

Great trip!

We just stayed in this beautiful home for 4 nights. I've never stayed in a VRBO that was stocked like this one. It literally had everything, including all the pet supplies you need. They thought of everything to accommodate their guests. As soon as you enter the home you're immersed in ocean views, so beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the electric fireplace in the master suite was so nice. We can't wait to book this home again!

Incomparable!

By far, the nicest place I have ever occupied on vrbo and I have been to many. The host has paid meticulous attention to every detail. The house is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Lovely ocean escape! Private beach and serene luxury comforts.

What a beautiful home! Perfect combo of well appointment modern luxury blended with the natural views, animals and birds right on the ocean. Edge of the world feeling! Super well appointed. Emily really has thought of everything in her home. Delighted to find the zester in the kitchen while preparing a risotto. BBQ’d as well and all tools needed handy and easy to find. So many little thoughtful touches in the amenities. Game closet, extra spices and stocked coffee/tea bar. Felt stresses just melt away from the moment we walked in the door. Those views! Snuggled in the soft throws looking out at the sea birds - saw circling hawks, songbirds and a deer walked through one morning. The small notes on several items very helpful! Especially the unique front door - What might have been a little tricky to figure out was made simple by the clear directions on the small note. I’m usually a little disappointed by beds when we vacation but this was an exception. Very very comfortable - we both got plenty of rest and enjoyed coffee in bed looking out at the ocean. The private beach a short minutes drive was perfect. North coast blustery beautiful (December). Can imagine it would be a perfect sandcastle building escape with the family in warmer season. Access to beach from parking lot just steps away. Walked down to some tide pools and enjoyed watching the seabirds from driftwood seat on the dunes. Emily’s Irish Beach house is Definitely a place we will bookmark for future getaways.

One of the best places ever!

I can’t say enough positive things about this property. Emily was outstanding to work with. Before booking I had asked her if it was a property good for someone with mobility issues. She said there was stairs and a steep driveway. Because of the pictures my mother wanted to stay here. While the property has stairs they were manageable. It was absolutely worth it - view, property, amenities, and most of all the host. This property had everything you would want at your home. Everything was first class!!! Appliances, kitchen items, bathroom towels and most importantly the beds (mattresses, sheets, and the pillows). If there was a question, I had my answer immediately. I can not wait to come back and stay again. Thank you Emily for making this a wonderful time. This will probably be my mothers last trip, and you made it special for us all!
