Excellent location close to station, room was superb, clean, lovely decor and facilities. Quiet so had a good sleep, Tea and Coffee making facilities. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be staying again when I next visit Manchester.

Room was on a main road with extreme noise. The room was barely cleaned and had to ask for clean towels twice for a 3 day stay. The bed was so uncomfortable paired with the noise, sleep did not happen. You can hear every door on the floor open and close.

This hotel is lovely! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Kudos to Micaela who was quite exceptional. The breakfast was fantastic. Room was great. Proximity to Picadilly station and all the Northern Quarter has to offer is marvelous. I will definitely be booking again!

Room felt a bit small but really appreciated all the amenities offered. Staff were super friendly too and gave us free drink vouchers as their laptop froze during check in and we had to wait a bit longer than expected. It was a super nice gesture from them! The only negative part was the amount of dust at the end of the room and some of the corners of the room - you could basically see it when you looked at the floor - my belongings were super dusty when I accidentally dropped them and I don't think that side of the room was ever cleaned.

Room excellent. Check in smooth and looked after the bags for us. Early check in £30 but you can check in from really early in the morning, so if you arrive on a flight can take advantage of this.
