Liebevolle, obergemütliche Unterkunft mit tollem Meerblick!

Selten sind wir so gut im Freien gesessen: Diese sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit prima Ausstattung bietet nicht nur einen super Pool mit spannendem Meerblick, sondern auch eine facettenreiche Auswahl an Sitzgelegenheiten - ob unter einem wunderschönen Olivenbaum (mit einer extrem tollen, angenehmen Beleuchtung), auf einer vom Vermieter selbst konstruierten, sehr gemütlichen "Lounge-Empore" mit weichen Polstern, auf Schaukeln im Baum, bequemen Liegen, einer anderen Sitzecke vor dem Haus, anderen hübschen Tischchen/Stühlen oder der "Schachecke". Der sehr sympatische Vermieter Fred ist supergastfreundlich und hat uns nicht nur mit selbstgemachtem Verveine-Likör liebevoll empfangen und sehr verwöhnt (die Katze Ron und der Hund Maxou sind gut erzogen und schauen ab und zu nach dem Rechten, sind aber nie aufdringlich). Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt, mit liebevollen Details und wunderbar grün, die Lage perfekt. Der Flughafen ist nicht sehr laut und der Betrieb hält sich in Grenzen. Es ist immer wieder interessant, gemütlich vom Pool aus das Treiben zu beobachten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft mehr als empfehlen!!! Danke Fred, es war so schön und ganz besonders.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Der Pfingsturlaub mit meinen Kindern ging viel zu schnell vorbei. Das lag auch an dem wunderbaren Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool. Fred ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Sein selbstgemachter Limoncello ist ein Traum. Die Küchensusstattung ist sehr gut. Stabmixer, ordentliche Messer, saubere Schneidebretter sind nicht in allen Ferienhäusern vorhanden. Uns hat wirklich alles extrem gut gefallen. Merci Fred P. S.: Die Tarte au citron mit Deinen Zitronen schmeckt auch nach dem Urlaub in Deutschland.

Feel at home-Feeling mit wunderbarer Aussicht aufs Meer

Wir haben die 8 Tage in der Villa Lou extrem genossen! Wir haben vor allem die Ruhe, den wunderbaren Pool mit bester Aussicht aufs Meer und den schönen Garten mit den vielen Sitzplätzen sehr genossen. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr zu Hause gefühlt. Schöne grosse Zimmer mit viel Platz, bequeme Betten, ein neues Badezimmer mit grosser Dusche inkl. Waschmaschine und eine kleine Küche mit grossem Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und allem, was man zum Kochen im Alltag so benötigt. Einfach super! Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Fred und seine Home Managerin Anne haben uns bei unserer Ankunft sehr freundlich begrüsst und wir haben uns sofort willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Fred teilt sein schönes Zuhause gerne mit seinen Gästen, schenkt viel Vertrauen und lässt die Gäste auch Früchte und Gemüse aus dem Garten ernten. Für die heissen August-Hitzetage hat uns Fred freundlicherweise einen Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt, worüber wir sehr dankbar waren. Hund Maxou und die Katzen Ron und Jacqueline haben uns viel Gesellschaft geleistet und viel Freude gemacht. Fred konnte uns einige gute Tipps für Einkaufen, Ausflüge in kleine Dörfer geben und auch sonst haben wir ihn als äusserst sympathischen, offenen Gastgeber erlebt. Geschätzt haben wir ausserdem, dass wir unser Auto im Hof vor dem Haus parkieren konnten und alles durch ein Sicherheitstor gesichert war. Wir haben uns gut erholt in Mandelieu-la Napoule und kommen gerne mal wieder. Fred,- Merci beaucoup pour tout!

Nice apartment with perfect garden

The apartment is well provisioned in the basement of the house, therefore temperatures are very pleasant even in hot summers. The garden and pool are as fantastic as the pictures show. Landlord Fred lives in the upper floor and helps with all questions. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Paradiesischer Ort für die perfekte Auszeit!

Aufgrund der sehr guten Lage des Hauses waren alle interessanten Ausflugsziele schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht von Cannes ist atemberaubend. Wir haben viel Zeit in dem sehr schönen Pool und auf deren Terrasse und dem wunderschönen Olivenbaum verbracht. Unser Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften uns täglich im Garten bedienen. Somit gab es immer frische Tomaten, Gurken, Zitronen und Erdbeeren. Zudem waren diverse Kräuter zum Kochen verfügbar. Wir haben uns auch sehr schnell mit dem Hund und den beiden Katzen angefreundet und fühlten uns am Ende als Teil einer Familie. Wir werden die Zeit nie vergessen und kommen Sehrohr gerne wieder.

Amazing view, super friendly host

Beautiful garden with plenty of plants, fruits and vegetables, several seat possibilities, nice infinity pool with stunning view to the seaside and Cannes. We loved the animals (a dog, two nice cats and the turtles) and finally our super friendly host Fredo. Worthwhile to mention that there is the local airport for private flights not too far away, however we did not feel disturbed at all (were rather watching with interest), no flights during the night. Location is good for visiting cities from Monaco to St. Tropez. The apartment is extremely well equipped with new bathroom, new kitchen and new and comfortable beds and was very clean. Thanks Fredo for your great hospitality, see you next time.

Wie im Paradies!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in bester Lage. Pool mit Meerblick immer sauber. Bequeme Sitzecken. Super Ausstattung ( alles, was man im Urlaub braucht). Sehr freundliche und fürsorgliche Vermieter! Wiederholung unbedingt! Very nice accommodation in the best location. Pool with sea view always clean. Comfortable seating areas. Great facilities (everything you need on vacation). Very friendly and caring landlord! Definitely repeat!

Belle vue et calme

Überaus nette Vermieter, als Gäste profitierten wir von frischem Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten es gab daher sehr häufig Ratatouille. - Jahreszeitbedingt waren es tropische Nächte, mit Lüften + Ventilator zu meistern. Kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Très beau séjour!

Nous avons passé un très agréable semaine chez Fred, Emilie et Romain. Quel accueil! La propriété est très bien équipée et la vue de la piscine à débordement (chauffée!) est à couper le souffle. Fortement recommandé!
