Overall this apartment was nice, but the main reason I booked it was for the advertised pool access (KS in July) and unfortunately I was never able to use the pool because the area was locked and the fob for pool entry that was described in the welcome message was not in the apartment. After communicating with the host several times, this issue was never resolved and it seemed that the host was not familiar with how to gain access to the pool. They ultimately dropped the ball and never offered me any sort of refund for not having access to this advertised amenity. I come to Manhattan several times per year and probably won't stay here again. If you don't care to use the pool, then this place is nice, but the false advertising didn't sit well with me.
