Great spot in the middle of all the action. The bar is great, the rooms are spacious, updated and spotless and the service is fantastic. My only gripe is the parking $15 to park when there are no other options is just rude. Bluemont across the street doesn't charge for parking.

If you are staying there, parking in garage is $17. If you stay on a weekend of KSU game, parking in garage is $40! It is not listed on the website. Be aware! Otherwise, it is close to Aggieville and walking distance to everything down there.

It's in a great location. Bars and shopping within walking distance. At check in, the girl was not friendly, of all the Marriotts I have stayed this was the least friendly, from the checkin to the person at the bar. We wanted to have breakfast and a couple of meals at the hotel, but they were very un-inviting. We had to leave the hotel to eat the 4 days we were there. No water in the room and no safe. I don't know if we were supposed to request it but that information was not given to us. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom fairly clean.

Staff was amazing. I had to move from a different hotel because the air conditioning broke in my room. I was in quite a state when I got here to the Marriott and the staff was wonderful and they helped me get my stuff to the room. Cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Will definitely make this the only place I stay in Manhattan.

We arrived to the hotel early evening and was hoping for some downtime in the restaurant/ bar. None of the tables were clean and to boot the bar was pretty much out of every wine selection on the menu, to include the beer as well. My husband and I wanted to purchase a bottle to celebrate but there were no whites to purchase. To boot when we finally found a wine bottle with enough wine to fill 2 glasses NONE of the wine glasses were clean. The staff pointed to 2 dirty wine glasses and said that all they could offer us was a champagne glass in lieu of a traditional wine glass. How is a hotel at completely out of wine glasses? And why wouldn’t the staff wash the dirty glasses to accommodate a customer’s request or to support a sale? The young gal at the front desk (wHi was great and very helpful and sweet!) stepped in and coached the 2 individuals behind the bar to go ahead and wash the glasses. She deserves a raise and some recognition for her great customer service and leadership skills. We were passing through town because we had bought a fantastic new car and wanted to toast our new purchase. Your hotel would’ve had a great sale and we probably would’ve also had dinner. But because your bar was NOT stocked and the bar staff was barely willing to wash some glasses you lost a bar and dinner sale. Disappointed in the bar selection to say the least.

Clean. Walked to restaurants. Live and loud music until 2am at restaurant across the street from room. Pillows incredibly uncomfortable. Tv in room. Someone had unplugged. Had to pull away from wall and plug back in.
