Majority of the continental breakfast was not operational... they only offer bread, cereal and juice; I am in wheelchair and there was no ADH rooms available only one entry for ADH. Truly the facility is not ADH accessible

The establishment wasn’t even remotely handicapped accessible despite offering “accessible rooms” on hotels.com. No elevator and the rooms offered had been booked out long term despite being available online. We left within minutes of arrival and immediately cancelled our reservation.

The bathroom hadn't been cleaned before we checked in. The next morning I asked if they weren't providing breakfast and he said there is bread and milk and cereal and acted surprised I didn't consider that sufficient.
This was the shower in our room. It also dripped the entire stay.

I completed the pre-check in and when we got here it showed that we didn’t have a room or that someone had already booked in (not being me). The person at the front desk was finally able to find the reservation and we got our room. The room smelled like smoke and wasn’t clean, the plug ins were wonky, and the bathroom had very little toilet paper and towels. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I refused to stay there. This property is occupied mostly by construction workers. The GM explained that is why the carpets were filthy, stained, worn, & covered by debris. Lobby furniture from Goodwill. My room reeked of cigarette smoke. Bed was disheveled. The GM offered to find another room for me, but I had no interest in staying there. The GM said, "Well, our parking lot is full," indicating she didn't care. Outside were side streets where young men were racing loud cars.

The sheets on one of the beds had a stain on them. The bathroom sick and tub are stained or just not cleaned very well. The toilet paper roll holder was missing. The staff was polite. However, I won't be staying there again.

Heartbreaking Stay. We Deserve Better. I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience really needs management’s attention. I really hope management reads this because no one should have to experience what we did. We arrived at the Super 8 in Manhattan, KS around 10 PM after a long day on the road, tired, just wanting to rest. Instead, when we opened our room door, a whole family of roaches was there to “welcome” us. It was disgusting and absolutely unacceptable. I immediately went to the front desk and spoke with a Spanish lady named Brandie to ask if there was a cleaner room available. At first, I was told there were no vacancies, and when I asked for a refund, suddenly another room upstairs was offered. Unfortunately, that room wasn’t much better. The desk and microwave had visible dirty streaks like someone had wiped them with a used dirty towel. By that point, we were too tired to go hotel-hunting so late at night, but it was very uncomfortable to stay there knowing how unsanitary the rooms were. The breakfast looked okay, but I couldn’t bring myself to eat, thinking about the roaches we’d seen. This experience was completely disappointing and unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the pest and cleanliness issues immediately. Guests deserve a clean, safe place to stay. This was far from it.
