The space
Our Japandi 1 bedroom unit at BGC
Uptown Parksuites 1 creates a serene, warm and calm environment through its emphasis on neutral colors and natural materials. Fully furnished with plush beddings (mattress with memory foam, fresh hotel quality linens, duvet, fleece exrtra blankets, fluffy pillows, extra foams and airbed), semi-blackout curtains, luggage rack,iron with iron board, disposable slippers, dimmer lights, bedside table, lamps and full body mirrors, cozy living area with sofa, smart tv, side tables, air purifier, dehumidifier, lamps and scented candles, heated shower complete with toiletries( bottled and disposable) hair dryer & bidet, fully equipped 4 seater dining area and kitchen, with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning aids and solutions. Free bottled water is also provided.


It can comfortably accommodate 3 guests though
a maximum of 4 guests is allowed, with the 3rd and 4th guest charged extra/ night. There will be a airbed provided for the additional guest and foams.

Our cozy airconditioned living area comes with a comfy sofa and throw pillows, smart tv , side tables, dimmer table lamp, air purifier, dehumidifier and candles.

Dining area is with a 4 seater dining table complete with utensils.
Kitchen with ref, microwave, rice cooker, percolator, oven toaster, coffee drip , washing machine, vacuum cleaner, mattress vacuum cleaner and ladder.

Guest access
*The entire apartment is exclusive for our guests.
Guests can have pool access from Tuesday to Friday. Weekends and holidays are exclusively for unit owners and residents only.
Proper swimming attire is required.
It is closed on Mondays for mainetenance.
*Same building parking is also available at 600/ overnight subject to availability.
Book in advance directly to host , provide car details and pay online to secure reservation.

24 hour check in facility.
All guests must be registred.
To facilitate our check in process, signed guest info sheet & house rules are required together with id's of guests prior to arrival. Forms will be sent thru email to be accomplished and submitted prior to check in date.

Upon arrival at the lobby, you'll be required to present id for verification.

Andi and Frances' Place at BGC offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
