Only good thing about this hotel was the free breakfast buffet. Old building showing its age. Lobby looked great but rooms were a bit run down. Hallway carpets were worn out with stains.Hotel not in great part of Ermita. Hotel also requires P1k deposit upon check-in.

Accommodations we very good. The daily meals included were good and the room was clean and all features in the bedroom worked well. Easy check in and out and our flight was early in the morning and front desk ensured we had the transportation required to get us to our departure flight on time.
