Over all everything was excellent the only that I didn’t like was there was a staff that I felt like he doesn’t wanna do his job the main reason why guests are staying there it’s because it’s close to terminal 3.My experience was on the day of my flight I asked one of your staff to assist me to the runway ( terminal 3 ) and he told me that it wasn’t open yet that was around 9:00am so I decided to find out myself what is the best time to go there and the security guard told me that anytime now they just have to get a cart for my luggage so to make the story short I went back to the hotel and look for someone hoping that I can get a different staff but unfortunately I ended up with him again. As expected he told me that it’s still early to go to terminal 3 he suggested that he can book me a GRAB and it will take me to departure main entrance .So I told him NO , the reason I booked with this hotel was I don’t want to take any grab anymore .Ending he ended up helping me and walked to Terminal 3 but I can tell that he doesn’t wanna do it. By the way just want to make it clear the day that i checked in your staff told me that I can ask for help if I need to go to the runway terminal 3. Anyway I will still recommend Belmont to my friends and
family .
