I booked a premier suite and paid extra for it just to have a city view but we were given a room to the very end of the hotel wing with only the view of the Shangri-la mall. Secondly, my fiancé forgot his jacket so he wrote the hotel immediately. 24 hours past, still no reply. Quite disappointed but all in all ok-ish because of decent choice of food and gym.
