Due to issues with our international cards, we were unable to pay the deposit upon check-in that night. The staff graciously allowed us to settle it the following morning, demonstrating remarkable hospitality and understanding.

Nice comfortable bed and spacious room. Walking distance to MOA Arena and MOA mall. Difficult to find the lift to the room as it'socated at 2nd floor. Car Parking is a bit troublesome as it's far from our room. Staff are friendly. Restaurant at 7th floor is good and is open until late night.

Overall, our stay at Golden Phoenix Hotel was nothing short of great. Staff was helpful as soon as we arrived and check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Room service was also great and reasonably priced and the breakfast was great! Will definitely book a stay here again

We only stayed 2 days, but we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the (in-room) dining options. The hotel was not expensive, but still had a posh feeling. It is also within walking distance to the Mall of Asia. The only detractor was the construction project on the adjacent block though we never heard much noise.

Concierge staff were polite and welcoming. Male staff at the door were jolly and helpful with my heavy luggage. Breakfast was good with more varied selections. However, didnt enjoy taking a shower with my feet submerged in 2 inches of water because the drain was plugged up and not draining fast enough.Yuk! Sone tile floors leading to the breakfast dining room were popping off the floor, I almost tripped and fell. Concerned about th uneven floors, some floors were sunken. Covering them with wall to wall carpet doesn't hide the fact that the tiles are breaking and/or popping off the floor due to the building settling, or worse, sinking due to foundation problems. God forbid! Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
