Xyla and Summer were fantastic during check in and check out. I’m sure they would have handled any issues, but there were none. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the river and Makati.

Nice room but the toilet bowl seat was not clean, when we arrived. There was maybe just a teaspoon of hand soap, together with a tiny bath soap. We checked in morenthan 2 hours late and we still had to wait at the concierge for something to be settled? Not sure what. As a rrsult, we were late for our appt.
