The room was in good condition and the staff tried to be helpful. However, I booked this location due to it having airport transportation. The return to the airport was fine, but the pickup had MUCH to be desired. I was outside of security at 2:20 pm. I called the hotel indicating I needed pickup transportation to them. The person who answered the phone said some one would call me back. After about 35 minutes and no return call, I called the hotel once again. This agent asked if I had made transportation reservations. I indicated no one told me I needed to make reservation, therefore I had not. After confirming my room reservation they indicated where to meet the shuttle and that someone would be there at 3:40 p.m., which they did. I found to wait 1:20 hours for an airport shuttle to be unacceptable. In the restaurant, they screwed up my order, a right off the menu item, but eventually got it right. Again, no concern for my time.

Yes, however there is no available hairdryer in the room. The bath towels are small, only Slightly bigger than a face towel. The toilet paper was not enough to last for a day.

Two-star service. Arrived in my hotel room and was dying for a shower after traveling for 24 hours. No towels in my room. It took 4 phone calls over a one hour period, before towels were delivered to my room, and probably because I asked to speak to a manager. I even offered to get the towels myself from the housekeeping room, to save them the trip they could not seem to manage. Front desk however was helpful in other matters during my stay. Airport shuttle service convenient and on time.

The hotel staff came into my room while I was gone and I found stuff missing. I brought it up to management. They did nothing about it. They said they watched their staff member from a hallway camera. Go into my room but said he didn't come out of my room with anything. Well of course, not he put it in his pocket.

Clean compfotable room, great shower and good breakfast choices, the only negative issue I found was the volume control on the TV, either couldn't hear it or was too loud could not find a comfortable level were it didn't feel like it was interfering with others in adjacent rooms so I just shut it off.
