The breakfast was very disappointing especially as we have stayed at the same hotel in January and August. There was only waffles for warm food. Everything was minimal and like Jo one cared.

After driving 3 hours, we decided to stay at the Microtel to sit in the hot tub. Only to find out that the pool area was closed but still got charged full price. We should have been notified. Later I went to get ice and was no ice in the machine. No closet to hang cloths. Took forever to get hot water for a shower. Room was ice cold when we arived. We will never stay there again!

Hot tub was not ready to go. They didn't know if it would work. Had to call someone in to fix it. Said the pipes freeze sometimes which I understand but if there are alot of people staying there it should of been working. Bathroom door wouldn't lock. Heater/fan in bathroom wasn't working.

As per your website, there was a pool in hot tub available. Both were closed. As for the breakfast, the milk was out of date, vending machines or empty, and there was no syrup for pancakes. The computer to print boarding passes in the lobby,the gentleman behind the counter said it hasn’t been used in three years and had no idea what the password was. The room was not cleaned daily and when asked it was done halfway cleaned. Not a good representation of New new☹️. I could go on and I’ll leave it at that.

Front desk staff was wonderful. The room was very clean. The variety of breakfast items was very good. Overall, it was a very nice hotel. The pool was closed for maintenance but the hot tub was open.
