Insgesamt enttäuschend

Das Personal hat sich bemüht, der Zustand des Hotels wird dem Preisniveau keinesfalls gerecht. Das erste Zimmer hatte keinen WLAN Empfang, das zweite Zimmer war deutlich schlechter, mit Zwischentür zum Nachbarzimmer von dem man alles mitbekommen hat. Das Publikum ist auch nicht das was erwartet hatte.

Recht zentral gelegen und doch ruhig und konfortab

Pros: Freundlichkeit des Personals, Frühstück. schön und zweckmässig renoviert.
Cons: Als Detail: Der Lift kommt in die Jahre :)
Location: Zentral, 10 Gehminuten vom absoluten Zentrum, 15 Minuten vom Bahnhof.
2 Nächte beruflich: sehr angenehmes, flexibles Personal, Zimmer genau das Richtige für meine Bedürfnisse: Sauber, konfortabel

Gute Lage in Innenstadt

Pros: Außenrollo
Cons: Stornogebühren deutlich reduzieren
Location: Innenstadt Es gibt gute Restaurants, Bars und Cafes in Mannheim.
Bin ganz zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Der Preis war für die Lage günstig, allerdings betragen die Stornogebühren 90%, was ich deutlich zu hoch finde. Zimmer konnte mit Außenrollo abgedunkelt werden. Zimmer war sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht.
