Clean hotel. Clean room. Little bleach smelling but at least it was clean. Easy stay. Reported issue with shower not working proper but overall nice stay. Walked to concert venue and felt safe.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues with the room that made the stay disappointing for the price. The shower didn’t work properly — when I pulled the knob to activate the overhead shower, water came out of both the bottom faucet and the showerhead, and the drain was clogged, so water quickly pooled. Additionally, the lotion bottle in the bathroom was empty on arrival. I paid $200 for the night but felt the overall quality was closer to a $100 stay. I left feeling confused and underwhelmed.
