The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was great. But there was a lacrosse team staying there the night we were there and they were so loud. The walls are so thin, and there is no sound proofing so you can hear everything. I would prefer not to stay in a hotel that offers group discounts again.

The check in was very smooth and fast. The front desk woman was very professional. The rooms smelt like smoke and other guest were extremely loud and partying. We had to be moved to another room the bed frames are very cheap. She moved us and we found out it wasn't just that room both rooms had horrible bed frames which made a lot of noise on every little move. The hot tube was out of order which is why we booked there and breakfast was so bad we couldn’t eat. This hotel is not worth the price we paid.

We, 2 adults & 3 children, enjoy the pool and hot tub. The breckfast staff was friendly and helpful and food was good. The hotel needs some tlc. Our room showed lots wear and tear. The inside of our door, on the bottom was all torn up like a dog had scratched off the surface trying to get out.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus. Parking was easy and hassle-free, and the hotel was clean overall. The only issues were that the bathroom door didn’t lock and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The AC also wouldn’t turn off, but since the blankets were warm, it wasn’t a big problem. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend this hotel.

It looked like the rooms were rented to the government to house recovery or homeless people. They did not bother anyone but it was disturbing because we could hear the people watching them talking about their meds and trying to help the guy in the room right next to us quite late at nite v
