Family vacation

The property was nice with a convenient location and amenities. The paddle boards, outdoor games and floats were a great plus for our young adult kids. Had issues with the front door lock on arrival day, but assistance came very quickly. My only complaints with regard to the property is there is no sofa bed in bedroom two as listed in the description and a few additional bath towels in each bathroom would be great as I felt like we were constantly laundering towels throughout the week. Thank you all for a lovely vacation!

Wonderful vacation!

This is a beautiful vacation home. Perfect for the adults and kids. My favorite times were congregating on the deck with the family, while watching the boats navigate the cut. We caught fish off the dock, and spent lots of time in the pool. We appreciated the life jackets and pool toys, too.

Holiday Happiness

Property was exactly as we had hoped for! Pictures were accurate and the place was well stocked. We had activities for all ages, but we mostly stayed by the pool and fished off the dock. Communication with Merideth, property manager, was very easy. Only hiccup was the pool heater popped a breaker, but they got it fixed quickly and we were back in business!

Central Keys location for vacation "Homebase"

Very clean and so many vacation home extras. From an experience of renting a house last year that gave us 1 garbage bag and 1 roll of cheap toilet paper per bathroom and no other extras, this house's extras were refreshing. We enjoyed Marathon and made it to the Dry Tortugas, Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. Comfortable beds, very nice finishes and beach home art & decorations, and an awesome deck that looked over Vaca Cut. Super happy with our choice to stay here!

Great vacation house!

Loved the layout of this house. Plenty of room for 12 people. Modern, clean, spacious with a ton to do for the kids with safety locking gates for little kids that was a relief to have being on the water and with a pool. Was just as nice or nicer than pictures showed. All sorts of games, ping pong, pool toys, floats, beach items etc provided which was convenient. Easy convenient location to park boat at. Nice balcony views of water and pool below. House manager very easy to work with, responsive to questions, and made for hassle free check in and out. Would definitely go back to this house.

Wonderful stay in February

We had an amazing stay at this property for a family celebration. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us to enjoy either being together as a group or spread out doing our own thing. The home's decor was lovely and the home was well-maintained and very well stocked. The beds were all very comfortable. We had all of the dishes and appliances available that we could have possibly wanted. Most of us were here from a colder climate, so we especially enjoyed the pool (which we had heated) and outdoor seating possibilities throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the games and pool toys from the downstairs game closet. Communication with Meredith was quick, easy and thorough. We needed to reschedule shortly after our original booking and she made that happen with ease. She also provided several very clear communications in the week leading up to our booking with information we needed to gain access to the home and gave us an opportunity at that point to add heating for the pool, which we hadn't originally requested. We would highly recommend booking the Blue Turtle Villa at The Tides.

Beautiful home

It is beautiful. Home is well maintained and decorated beautifully. Views are lovely. We had the pool heated and was perfect. Handyman made himself present, answered all questions and helped with inflating paddle boards. Our family loved the house and hated to leave. The only reason I gave it 4stars instead of 5 was my interaction with the property manager via text. For a a simple question, yes or no, I was returned with dialog that was rude and offensive. We were fortunate to have the friendly helpfulness of the wonderful handyman and gardener to help with 2 other small issues. All in all this is a wonderful house with great amenities and you’re sure to enjoy every minute of your time here!

Excellent Family Getaway!

The property was first-class and in a great location. We stayed there with 9 family members and had an excellent time. The kids loved the bunk beds and the pool. We also rented a boat for the week and it was great having the dock right there to head out for snorkeling and fishing. Highly recommended!

Amazing place for boaters, and families!

We loved the property, and really enjoyed the layout of the house. It's wonderful having the dual master suites, and a larger bedroom on the main floor. The home was equipped with everything you could ever want, and we had a blast entertaining family and friends for two weeks.

Great family gathering place

We had three generations of family with plenty of room and so many fun options. Our large group of 11 used the kitchen continuously and hung out at the pool at all hours. We fished off the dock and caught the most beautiful sunsets every day. This is a welcoming home that I highly recommend!

Memorable Vacation

We have a group of friends that vacation together every year and this is the one that will be difficult to beat. The house was stocked with everything we needed and most of what we wanted. The photos online do not do this house justice. Everyone complimented on the comfort of the beds and rooms. Plenty of room to hang out together or to find a quiet spot. Meredith answered our call right away and was very helpful. We have all agreed we will be staying again. Thank you for sharing your property with us!
