Over 100ft of water frontage, with expansive bay view of all the beautiful wildlife that Marathon has to offer! Pets are always welcome but you MUSTindicate how many guest and pets when you make the booking. If cleaning crew discover sign of pets, guest will be charge $350/entire stay due to the extra cleaning work from the cleaning crew. With an outdoor heated pool, paddle boards, and kayaks, you and your family will never need to leave the home for activities!
This is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home with brand new luxurious kitchen appliances, expansive living space, and patio space the wraps around the home.
Our home has 50ft private dock for your personal use. And we provide 2 paddleboards and 2 kayaks for you enjoyment. Please be cautious while loading them in the ocean via steps.

Milton is a kind and responsive host. Any issues that came up were dealt with immediately. The property is beautifully located on a point where a canal enters a small bay; great spot for wildlife (turtles, manatees, dolphins, pelicans, parrot fish, tarpons) viewing.

This house and location were exactly as advertised. Beautiful home with plenty of amenities, great area to just watch tarpon and manatees or quick access for the days we wanted to get on the water to lobster.

Excellent location, lots of parking for vehicles and boat trailers. We enjoyed the week and cannot wait to come back again. Home was fully stocked with everything we needed and host responded quickly to questions or anything we needed. Would recommend to anyone with a large family looking to get on the water and relax in the Keys.

Incredible Vacation

We absolutely loved this property. It had everything we possibly wanted and it was a perfect location. We brought our boat and enjoyed the short drive to the Gulf to watch the sunset every night. We got the kayaks and paddle boards out almost everyday. The views were amazing as we swam in the pool or chilled in the hot tub. We enjoyed most of our dinners out on the pool deck. The host was amazing and checked in on us a few times during the stay but we had no issues at all. We will definitely be back to enjoy this property.

Lovely, relaxing spot

Our party of 7 adults had a great time at this home. Manatees, sea turtles and iguanas frequented the immediate area. Beautiful sunrises from the deck. Easy access to all the Keys have to offer.

Great place to stay!

Amazing location! Close to everything. The backyard area was fabulous! We had great views on the corner lot. Saw manatees, turtles, fish, lizards and even got to see a dolphin one morning. Owner was easy to reach and very accommodating. We recommend this home for people of all ages!!

Perfect for Family!

We loved the house and location. Daily visits from the turtle and manatees. We had ages 12-74 and everyone had a fantastic time. Close to everything in Marathon as well as other Keys. The house is located on the corner of the canal which was great for us. We would definitely stay at this location again!

Comfortable, modern home for a family stay!

We enjoyed our stay immensely as the property was very comfortable, well located on a corner lot, love the pool and hot tub, and we're very pleased with the modern kitchen and bathrooms. Would absolutely recommend to a family looking for a week getaway, hope to be back again soon!
