Beautiful property

The property was beautiful. The home was very clean and worked very well for our family of 7 all adults. Only complaint was there are only 3, #6 #7,#8, of the 8 homes that actually look out at the Gulf. We were under the impression we had a view but they consider it a partial view. I do not consider it a view at all. There was a tiny sliver and that was it. We looked into a neighbors yard. The beach was nice. There are kayaks and paddle boards available and plenty of chairs. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again.

A Wonderful Stay!

This was the perfect property for our family - including our 2 year-old and 6 month grandsons. Everything was as advertised on the listing. The house was clean and well-stocked. We loved the welcome basket that was provided - nice touch! We appreciated the highchair and the pack n' play. Communication with Susan was excellent! She was very responsive to any questions or concerns. When the washing machine broke down (these things happen), she had a brand new machine for us the next day. Amazing! We hope to stay again!

A Special Time for the Family

The property was as advertised. The kids loved it and lived in the pool. We utilized every inch of the #4 unit, but didn't use the communal space or the kayaks. There was a weed smell issue, but they worked hard at it. It wasn't the fault of the property. Barbara and Jessica were right on a few issues we had and were very pleasant to work with. Their attention to us was pleasant and great...very responsive. Our only suggestion would be a bit more cookware. Things like graters and pizza cutters, as well as a griddle were not available. We survived nicely. We will consider revisiting. The weather was perfect!

The property was located closed to all restaurants and shops. The house was very well maintained, and the property manager and assistant were very help in everything we need. The house was very clean and with us having eight people it was perfect. The view of the ocean and pool area was beautiful every morning. Thank you

My husband and I met with my sister and her husband from Montana and 3 of our 4 children joined us.

Excellent property. It was well described on VRBO. We enjoyed the tropical feel of Marathon and proximity to the water. We knew from the advertisement that the "beach" was not a true beach. There was plenty of dockage for boats, a fish cleaning set up (that was amazing), lots of kayaks and an amazing view which could be enjoyed from the comfortable chairs from the sand. The Kayak lauch was a necessity. The house was perfect with lots of privacy and also lots of space for play (loved the corn hole), swimiming and preparing meals to grill. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything anyone could possilby need. We did appreciate the excellent laundry facilities. The heated salt water pool was marvelous. If my children had been younger they would have wanted it to be larger but for rest and relaxation and floating the heated water was PERFECT! Jessieca and Barbara were the most conscientious hosts. They even provided us with plantains that we could fry to have with our fish and rice. We will definitely be back. What a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful getaway in Florida Keys

We had a great time staying in Marathon for a 50th birthday getaway. The place is very nice and walking distance to a dock with kayaks, chairs, etc. The owner and staff were very responsive and take good care of the condos and grounds. Having you own private pool and outdoor area was awesome!

Perfect place!

We had the best time and enjoyed our stay very much. The place was immaculate and fully stocked with so many extra details being thought of such as laundry tabs and dryer sheets, coolers, outdoor freezer and gas grill, floats for the pool, I could go and on ! They really considered any and all possible needs. Jessica was always available whenever needed if I had any questions. The place was beautifully decorated and comfort was not skimped on. The beds slept great and the pillows were even superior quality. I truly cannot say enough of how impressed we were by this rental! We will definitely return and look forward to when we do ! We give the rental a 100% rating with absolutely no complaints !

The Ideal Way to Visit the Keys

My extended family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was spotless, well appointed - there was 6 of us and we ran out of nothing, and spacious. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of chairs to go around. The outside furnishings could use more seating as there was seating for 4-5 but no more. The communication was extensive and uncomplicated. I can't say enough about Jessieca. From the beginning to the end she was just a text away. Even before we arrived she promptly answered questions about pool towels and check in time. She greeted us when we arrived and communicated with us throughout our stay with advice about activities and restaurants. She was always unfailingly kind and perceptive. We didn't want our vacation to end!

Well equipped property for fishermen (freezers and coolers on site). Great outdoor grilling and eating area by the pool. Great value for a great vacation

The property was as advertised. Very convenient location to everything in and around Marathon. The only issue we ran into was that the sun only hits the pool for about an hour in the late afternoon (in winter). Our property manager, Jessieca, is THE BEST. We would definitely rent again.

We had an amazing family trip!

We traveled to Marathon for a family Thanksgiving vacation, we had a large group of 20 people and rented 2 houses side by side, the homes were perfect, very accommodating for large groups. The houses had everything thing we needed, and the owner Jackie even purchased extra serving platters to accommodate our Thanksgiving dinner! Check in/out was a breeze, we were also given the opportunity for early check in which was fabulous! Jackie was on site to greet us and answer any questions as well as easily reachable when we had other questions. This place was truly perfect!!! Thank you very much!!

Jessica was AWESOME!! We had two high school graduates and an anniversary to celebrate...we arrived at the house to find balloons and decor including a beautiful cake!!! That was completely over the top for Jessica to provide that for our family!! The house and location was PERFECT!! Immaculate and everything we needed for the week. Would very highly recommend Jessica and this gorgeous property!!!

Beautiful Villa ... Wonderful Views .. Paradise in the Keys!

We stayed at Villa 6, Keys Cove, Marathon Key from April 20 - 27 this year. Absolutely wonderful accommodation and central spot to tour all of the Keys. Our contact, Suzy, was amazing! She not only ensured the house was in tip top shape upon arrival, she remained in contact with us and even provided advice re: restaurants, etc. The home is very current, with a wonderfully tasteful beach theme 
 all of my fav teal and aqua colours. The indoor and outdoor spaces were clean, in great repair, and we had ZERO issues during our whole week there. Three bedrooms were great in size, the double bedroom is tight, but we didn't care as we were almost never indoors during our stay. The bathrooms and kitchen were up-to-date and the appliances/stone countertops were lovely. There were enough 'indoor' towels for the week, plus a few spares, as well as several beach towels. The view from our deck and ground pool/terrace area was stellar, and the sunsets are absolutely gorgeous there. The dock and tiki hut/sandy area were lovely to stroll at night, drop into a lounger, and lay back to watch the sun set. One small issue was the smell from the seaweed, which we noticed about 50% of the nights we were there. It's not great but not the end of the world either, and would absolutely not deter us from returning. Mother Nature has her stinky points ! :-) The villa was in a prime location and we had easy access to grocery stores, pharmacies, and a wide array of DELICIOUS restaurants/bars. The Keys have less in the way of shopping, eg. no Walmarts or JC Penney, and that makes them more quaint, laid back and less 'touristy'. We did just fine with what stores/services were there. The main road through al of the Keys can be very, very busy so you need to 'chill out' and just deal at particularly busy times 
 Take a right turn and turn around down the road. No problem! There's one road in and one road out 
 so what else can you do? :-) We observed that there may in fact be more boats in the Keys than homes/people, simply amazing if you're a sport fisher or cruiser 
 endless possibilities. If we return to the Marahton area and need a home for our stay, we will absolutely stay at Keys Cove!!!!!! Fabulous!!!!!

The accommodations were great. The house was new, clean, and had everything we needed.

The only complaint we had is that we could not use the beach/ dock area due to the smell from decaying seaweed. We were told that this is a problem they are trying to resolve but the owners are not allowed to remove the seaweed. So if you're renting in February or March check to see if this will be a problem. Also you can not see the sun rise or sun set from the dock. Other than these two items the place was great and was very close to all that you would need.

Excellent stay

We enjoyed the unit (10 for cleanliness and layout) and we all had en excellent time. We also like the location (just 55 minuted from the KeyWest) with lots of activities around.
