The home has stair access from the ground level with private keyless entry. A gate code and electric lock code with instructions are provided the day of the reservation.

Contact less entry. I am always a message or call away if needed. Otherwise I let guest tend to themselves. Guest need to sign the rules and regulations form from the association. Simple process that`s performed a few days before arrival.

Plenty of room to fish but unfortunately there`s no dock space for vessels. Guest are not allowed to launch a watercraft with an engine from the Marinia. No boat or jet ski trailers allowed on property. Only Kayaks and paddle boards or items without a motor can be launched. Please reach out with any questions. The association is strict about the ramp. All the other amenities you can enjoy at your leisure. It`s a great oceanfront complex. You can`t go wrong with the location and view.

Ocean Isles Peace and Serenity offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
