Very convenient location for exploring the Florida Keys. The room and grounds were exceptionally clean and private. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Staff was lovely and accommodating however. Lobby/front desk area did not appear clean and organized. Looked more like a “back room” than a guest area.

Definitely a dated resort. Super thin walls. Sounded like my neighbors were in the same room with me. I was in unit 5, close to the highway so kept the fan on all night to drown out the road noise. Not impressed for the price I paid. Happily it was a business expense. Can't say I'd go back on my own dime.

My biggest complaint is that almost every single thing that is stated in their ad is misleading or a flat out lie, there is NO tv. When we arrived there was a used damp towel hanging on the back of the door between the bedroom and bathroom. The room smelled horribly, the bathroom mirror was filthy as are the doors, the floors, the counters, and every other surface in the room, there is trash and dirt behind the furniture. There are disgusting smears of god knows what on the bathroom and bedroom walls. The bathroom faucet is disgusting. There is no iron or ironing board. There is no coffee pot, there is coffee oddly enough. There is no couch. There are no nightstands. There is a small chair, an end table with a lamp, another small table and an empty TV stand in the "living room".  The bed room is a small dresser and a bed.I have been waiting for days for a call from management that staff promised I would receive regarding the fact that there was no TV in our room, and I intended to discuss the rest of my complaints with her privately. I have emailed her on the companies website and through hotels.com where I booked and haven't gotten any response at all, I hate to be the person that makes a negative review but its obvious that management isnt interested in resolving complaints, so im now just going to warn others. The breakfast was actually good and the server was fast and nice.

The place was ok if you don’t mind cleaning when you get there. I had to clean the floors with a towel and they were dirty. There was black hair pieces laying all over the bedroom. Laid back beach vibes made up for it. We had to leave after a night because the beds were so uncomfortable. The restaurant food is the best you’ll find in marathon. That alone is worth the stay if you can tolerate the rest. Pool was great and the views are the best. Beautiful stars at night. I would come back if i knew they had better beds in another suite. 2/5 stars for me

We loved staying here so much, we plan to come back in the future. The ocean was about 50' from our french doors. Extremely quiet beach, much of the time we had it to ourselves. I love to ride my bike every day, the Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail bike path is directly across US1 from the resort, so convenient! This will forever be our go-to in The Keys, just perfect for us.
