100 dollars for everything

House and property are great the constant reminder about trash washer dock water etc.everything you do anything you touch will cost 100 dollars. It was a bit over the top text messages emails and signs in the home all stating how you will be fined a min of 100 dollars for anything out of place just seemed like you are not invited but an inconvenience and you should hurry your stay and not make any mistakes as you will be fined. I hope the bad experiences they have had in the past will pass and they can have faith in people again. I normally understand and empathize in the situation but it was a bit in your face.

Comes with it's own stair master

My husband and dog stayed here. They were nice enough to increase the size limit of my dog (65 pounds). We brought our boat and had plenty of room on the dock and for truck and trailer parking. The live bait boat even came down the canal. The location and view is beautiful. I caught my first nurse shark off of the dock. The rocks are a little hard on the paws (and human feet). This is a hurricane proof house which means there are 18 concrete stairs....you definately get a work out and you don't want to forget anything. The only complaint would be the inconsistant water temperature with the kitchen sink & the shower. We had a wonderful stay and appreciate the fact they made an exception for my dog. Communication was great. I would highly recommend this place.

Spring Break in the Keys

This property was very clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. Very nice master shower. The location was great and was a short ride to the canal. There is a boat ramp down the road that’s 25 in and 25 out. No complaints. Would definitely recommend.

Fun in the Sun

Sunny’s Paradise is a top notch property. The owners have taken great pride in finishing and furnishing the interior. We had a great time, we rented a boat and fished the Gulf and Atlantic sides. The location is great for land attractions too and is within walking distance of US 1 where you’ll find the best Cuban coffee at LJ’s and a Walgreens for those items you forgot at home.

Great property!! This house was cleaner than some high end resorts. Wonderful location and all the amenities. We brought our boat and had more than enough room, the bait freezer was a huge bonus. Such a wonderful experience! Highly recommended:)

Mini Lobster Season

Property was as described, clean & fully equipped kitchen to cook meals. We had enough dockage for two boats 26’ and 18’. Outside chest freezer was nice to store extra bags of ice. Only recommendation is the property owner needs to provide a full size broom so, the landscaping pebbles can be swept off the walkways. Other than that everything met our expectations & we would book again if we were to stay in Marathon.

Successful two week fishing trip to Marathon

The house was as described in the listing and provided a nice base to bring our 21ft boat. It had easy access to the open water and was close to everything we needed by land and water. We enjoyed our time there!

Wonderful stay for a family!

We enjoyed our stay at Sunny's Paradise! It was roomy for our family to stay without being cluttered. We enjoyed the full kitchen for breakfast and being able to cook our fish we caught. The porch was perfect for watching the sunset. The house is in a nice central location. We were able to visit Key West and John Pennekamp and Bahia Honda State Parks with short drives. We really loved our stay!

Amazing villa and area

We went with high expectations and weren't disappointed. The villa is as it says, everything you need and we stayed for 3 weeks as you do when you travel a long way. We hired a car at Miami which is a awful airport to leave and find the right roads, however 3:hours travel to villa . When we arrived we had check in process sent to us with email, it all worked perfectly, you have a start to everything you need with toilet roll and washing stuff , we went to Winn Dixie the cheapest shop for milk, dairy and bread which kept us going. There is a book with good restaurants in villa, we then travelled up and down the 1 to visit places. It is a good base as your in the middle of key west and largo . Totally enjoyed our stay, although a pool whether for cooling off or swimming would have make our stay even better, as it was very hot and humid. Thanks to iTrip for their help and support over the 3 weeks always answered my question even before we got there. Totally recommend this place Thanks

Awesome vacation

We had a great vacation and only positive things to say about this house. It was very clean and everything was just as portrayed. I would not even think twice about staying there again but next time will probably opt for a place with a pool, but that’s just my preference. If you don’t mind not having a pool this place is amazing and the location is perfect, close to the vaca cut. We had a fabulous week 😎

Fantastic Property!

We had such a wonderful week staying Sunny's Paradise! The house was extremely clean, quiet, and reflected the pictures online perfectly. It was our first big trip with our son, who is one, and the house was very safe for him as well. Would stay there again if we are ever back in the area!

wonderful two weeks

The house was a great size with lots of storage space. I was mostly by myself but had four people visit for a few days and we had plenty of space. I was a little nervous about being so close to the airport noise but it was minimal itrip vacations key west was great to deal with. There was an island water problem and they notified me right away. And when there was a slight problem with a toilet they responded quickly.

Beautiful home

Sunny’s Paradise was amazing. The home is beautiful and spacious and comes equipped with everything you could possibly need, from the boat dock, fishing poles and bait freezer to the kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Will definitely go back.

Perfect location for fishing/lobstering!

We recently had an 8 night stay. The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. Everything is fully renovated and the master shower is huge. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook your catch of the day. The location is great and it’s a very short trip from the canal to the bay. The only thing I could nitpick is the water temperature is erratic. You can get scolding hot water and freezing cold water, but it was difficult to find a middle ground. It wasn’t terrible because we were spending full days on the water and the cold felt great. Would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place to stay in Marathon! Close to all the best places to eat.

Great experience from renting all the way until the day we left! House is in great condition and very clean. It’s located right down the road from all the things you need, grocery store and restaurants. I am looking forward to renting this same house next year!
