restaurants, shops and bars that the boulevard, harbour and streets of Marbella have to offer. A small

supermarket is directly around the corner of the building and larger supermarkets are also close by.

The apartment has an indoor balcony with sliding windows, a bedroom with 2 new boxspring beds of 90 x

200 and a new sofa bed of 144 x 200, bathroom with toilet and shower and a compact well equiped

kitchen.
