Beautiful apartment in one of the most sought after residential developments on Marbella's Golden Mile. The complex is located next to the Hotel Don Pepe and in walking distance on the Paseo Marítimo to Marbella Center. Marvellous tropical gardens with pool area and 24h security. The apartment is been renovated and heavily refurbished. All new bed linen and towels. 2 bedrooms: Master bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom, entrance to terrace Second bedroom with to single beds 90 x 200, which can be arranged as double bed or two single beds, bathroom, possibility for a fifth bed. Dining table for 6, sofa, armchairs, 55”smart tv, Kitchen: Fridge, freezer, oven, induction stove, micro, coffee brewer and coffee machine, washer and dryer. Terrace: Dining table for 6, lounge chair for two and small table. No picture of the kitchen because it is currently under renovation. It will be fully finished on the 1st June.
The apartment compromises of large living/dining area, brandnew fully fitted kitchen with separated utility area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en-suite.
