We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel and holiday chosen on reviews. We were not disappointed (apart from the cost of WiFi to room). Staff very friendly, lovely big rooms in the apartment and super cleaned everyday. Beds comfortable and hotel location suited our needs. 5 minutes stroll to beach and 20 minutes into old town of Marbella. Short taxi ride to Port Buenos to see the super rich. Old style market on a Saturday is fun there (located on a steep hill). Hotel pools and fitness centre were there if required. Gardens with real parrots flying around them were lovely, mossies weren't! Hotel bar and restaurant were good value and excellent Italian restaurant just across the road. Local supermarket that opened early and closed at 2am was a bonus, note that beer sales stop at 10pm though. WiFi free in hotel reception area only. Otherwise cost for each item used charged to room........in today's age this was very strange as we needed to keep in contact with business and family. Only reason for taking half a point off overall review. Malaga airport also didn't do free WiFi. Other than local traffic noise we didn't experience other noisy guests. Will be back as we enjoyed Marbella and this hotel was really good and made our stay very happy. Many thanks to the hotel staff for their guidance and help when needed.

Great location in quiet side road & reasonably priced

The apartments are generously sized and have a high level of amenity, for example the kitchen had a hob, full sized oven, washing machine and small dishwasher. The bedroom and bathroom were equally generous in size and the private terrace was exceptionally large. The bathroom is off the dedicated bedroom, so when using the lounge as a second bedroom, people need to access the bathroom through the bedroom. A slight inconvenience at night. The hotel pool was great, although a few more sun beds mights be useful. Also the pool closed quite early to guests in our opinion. The location in Marbella was great, just off the main road and close to the beach and local facilities, supermarkets etc. There was ample free street parking around the hotel. The centre of Marbella was perhaps 20 mins away strolling on the seafront but close to a wide variety of beach facilities, food outlets etc. Staff were pleasant and helpful. For example, we had a problem with the washing machine and the technician was there within 20 mins to sort it out, The negatives are that the hotel is beginning to look a little tired, some of the bathroom fittings for example could do with a lift and decor is not 'boutique'. We think the hotel needs to invest over the next five years to modernise and update. However, overall for the price and location, we felt the generous size and overall facilities meant it was a good choice and good value. Ideal for couples, groups happy to share and couples with children too. Recommended.

Es war alles sehr gut. Nur wenn man laute Nachbarn hat, wird es etwas schwierig. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Ich werde wiederkommen.

L’accueil n’est pas agréable du tout. Les clients en famille vivent dans le couloir et font beaucoup de bruit. A la piscine alors qu il y a un panneau pas de chaussures à cet endroit les employés et clients ont leur chaussures de dehors ce qui est très sale.
