The villa features a comfortable indoor layout with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living and dining area. The ground floor includes a connected kitchen equipped with a capsule coffee machine, gas and electric cooking rings, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, grill microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster, and kettle. The open dining and living area offers a comfortable sofa, TV/SAT, and air conditioning for a pleasant stay. A shower room is also located on this floor.
The first floor consists of three bedrooms: two double bedrooms with beds measuring 200 x 160 cm and one double bedroom with a bed measuring 200 x 140 cm. A second shower room is available on this floor, and the hallway is equipped with an air conditioning unit to ensure comfort throughout the upper level.
Outside, guests can enjoy a covered terrace of 25 m² with a dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. The garden area features sun loungers and umbrellas, while the private swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 1.4 m) provides a refreshing place to relax during warm summer days. A charcoal BBQ is available for preparing delicious outdoor meals, and private parking is provided for up to two cars.
