The apartment is located opposite the Pisan Fortress in the village of Marciana, which originated in the time of the Republic of Pisa and was used as a defense against enemy pirate raids. Just a 5-minute drive from the apartment is the island's only cable car, the Monte Capanne cable car, surrounded by greenery that in just 18 minutes will take you to the top of Elba's highest mountain, where you will find an incredible panoramic view combining sea, sky and greenery waiting for you. From here you can admire Corsica, the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago and a part of the coast. It is the perfect destination for those who want to stay away from the chaos but without giving up the lively town of Marciana and the very close Marciana Marina, with its beaches washed by the crystal clear water typical of the island.
