Amazing visit!

My husband and I visited South Seas and completely loved it! The unit was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The pool was clean and plenty of chairs to use. They keys were not difficult to manage, like some reviewers said. We will absolutely be returning for another visit soon! Thank you!

Nice Place, Pretty Views

First Time in Marco Island in a while, beautiful location! However, there were a lot of rules that we had to follow while here. We also had to rent a baby crib because they didn't offer anything. But it was difficult because you cannot have anything delivered to this tower due to security. We had to deliver it to the rental office and pick it up within their office hours, or pay a $50 fee from the rental company to deliver it. It is a long walk to the ocean - the wagon offered does not work well. You have to pay for parking pass and laundry. The condo was somewhat hard to navigate as far as finding the room, as it is an exterior door. Finding where to pay for laundry services & parking pass, and the storage lockers was hard. The condo pool was very clean and well maintained. Well stocked kitchen. Very nice place with pretty views, just felt like a lot of work to find what we needed and to get where we wanted to go.

Beachy, cozy condo

Pictures are identical to what you see when you open the door of this beachy, cozy condo. The unit is clean and very easy to keep clean. Appreciated the extra garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry pods. The beach cooler was missing and two beach umbrellas broken. Texted the property contact and a new umbrella and cooler were hand delivered next day. Don’t use the wagon it is extremely difficult to navigate and to pull in the sand. We wish we carried our beach chairs and cooler sooner. Bring extra bath towels- there were exactly 4 in the unit and we needed several more which housekeeping did bring the next day. Also, bring extra beach towels there were a total of four so we utilized the laundry room each day. Our laundry card had $14 left on it from a prior renter so that worked out well. The kitchen is stocked with several pans, pots, plates, silverware but could use a few covered tumblers and definitely more dish towels. The water pressure for showers is excellent and the air conditioning system works well but is a bit noisy when it runs. Several tv’s with a big screen in the common living area. Loved the light fixtures especially over the large dining table and master bed. I would definitely rent again. Had a great time and got some excellent, peaceful sleep. So nice to stay in a safe, secured and peaceful condominium where everyone follows the rules.

Spacious Cozy Getaway

The space felt so homey & had great amenities (ie. beach chairs and towels, many kitchen appliances and cleaning supplies, pool access, close beach access, laundry, and more). They did a great job communicating & making the place feel comfortable.

Great Place to Stay!

We stayed at several South Seas condos; this is the best unit we ever stayed at. This condo was perfect. It has an amazing view of the ocean to go with a morning cup of coffee on a wraparound balcony, and majestic sunset in the evening. Kitchen equipped very well, we had everything we needed. We loved modern beach themed dĂ©cor throughout the condo. The beach is clean and beautiful, the owner provided chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and beach wagon. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back again! You will never regret renting this condo!

Marco Island Beach Paradise

We really enjoyed our stay at the South Seas Tower Beach Condo! The interior of the condo had been recently remodeled and it turned out amazing! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!! The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking from the ocean facing deck, truly a highlight. The views from the condo were accurately depicted on the VRBO website!! The only bummer of the trip was that the condo pool was out of commission until Wednesday. We realize that is completely out of the control of the condo owner, just a bit of bad timing! The grounds of the condo were also beautifully manicured and the Pickelball and tennis courts were an added bonus.!! We used them everyday. The Oceanside sand was a bit of a walk, but completely worth the effort. The beach was clean and spacious! Great shelling if you walked to the end of Tigertail beach! Thanks for an memorable vacation!

Beautiful View Inside and Out

We had an amazing, relaxing 12 day stay in this beautifully updated condo. The sunsets from our private balcony every evening were stunning. The beach was pristine, we walked lots of miles. A great place to vacation and a lovely condo. We highly recommend it!

A week in paradise

Comfortable fully furnished condo with beautiful sunset views and walking distance of Tigertail Beach. Very good kitchen appliances. Very responsive property manager. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer.
