We stayed at this house for a week with our kids and overall had a mixed experience. The location is definitely a plus—it’s walking distance to the beach, which made getting there easy. However, the house is on a busy street, so there is noticeable traffic noise and lots of traffic to back out into. The house itself was nice and comfortable for our stay. Be aware that the owner (not property manager) is extremely particular, and in our experience, exaggerated on the condition of how we left the house and we didn’t get any of our security deposit back. The owner claimed the house was left excessively dirty, which we strongly disagree with. We stayed for a week with four kids, so of course it was lived in. We acknowledge that there was irt on the white couch and agree for the cleaning fee for that but not the additional cleaning fees. We followed all the check out rules so was appalled to see the feedback from the owner.Overall, a good location and decent home, but be very cautious about expectations around cleanliness as you will NOT get back your security deposit.
