Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay at Marco Island. The beach is spectacular and the sunsets were beautiful from the condo. Everything was easily accessible and fun for all ages!

Perfect Stay

The condo was fantastic (thank you owners!) as well as the local management company, Marco Island Vacation Properties. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Sea Winds and feel it is on the best part of MI Beach. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit.

Marco 2023 at Sea Winds

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Sea Winds on the first floor. The unit only had a Kuerig, we bought and left there a Mr Coffee regular style pot. There were no dishwasher pods. There was a tiny bottle of dish soap, a small bottle of watered down laundry detergent. The mattresses were uncomfortable and need to be replaced. There was one bowl in cupboard that had been used and put away dirty. The unit was clean, great tv screen, enjoyed not having to use the elevator.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean, nicely furnished and well stocked. The starter items lasted a whole week. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable. The only drawback was its size. We were a party of two and had to use the second bedroom to keep the luggage. There are two dressers in the bedroom but small and if you like to live out of your suitcase its impossible. We liked the first floor and not having to use the elevator. The location is bothersome due to proximity of public access.. Directly in front of the building the tents were triple parketed! It was very packed and we had to walk like 200 + feet with all the beach gear to just aways from the crowds. I would pick something further out from public entrance. Management company were very nice and professional, highly recommend them.

However, we were not informed that ALL the condos were getting new sliding doors during the period we were there. Our bedroom doors would not move and the lounge door was difficult to move making outside access tricky!. Additionally the Apollo next door was doing work that was EXTREMELY noisy. A key was required to open the beach gate, the parking lot gate and the main entrance with a an individual key for your condo needed. This was not for me I'm afraid and would not return.

Sea winds 102 - amazing location. Property excellent, clean well maintained. Marco island properties were great responded to all issues, very quick and resolved. As far as the actual condo- the twin beds were awful, need to be replaced as well as all the pillows. The bedding had some stains and were obviously dirty. It was good we had W/Dryer because we cleaned them. Also, the outdoor furniture desperately needs new cushions- like sitting without them. The condo was very well stocked. Plenty of beach items. Pool very nice. Wi-Fi only worked in condo and spotty on beach. Be aware condo is pretty small. Perfect for 4. would not recommend any more. Overall, wonderful no huge issues. Loved Marco Island

Location of sunset grille right next door was great! It was so convenient being on the first floor to get to the pool and beach. The condo was updated, beautiful, and clean!!! We had everything we needed (beach chairs, toys, umbrella). The pool was warm and cleaned daily. Never felt crowded at the pool. The view from the balcony for sunset was absolutely perfect! Will definitely stay again!

Convenient Beach Location

The property was as stated and had the best beach, pool, and hot tub access. Very easy to get luggage and groceries to the condo, just steps from the car in the lot. Beach access was a very short trip on their private area. sunsets are beautiful. Had all beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs especially a taller chair that I needed. Would highly reccomend.
