В отеле было холодно. Очень не уютно. При въезде в номер не было ничего… кофе, чая. Не было ванных принадлежностей, тапочек и халатов. Уборки не было, потом как выяснилось, мы сами должны были попросить убрать и заменить полотенца. В номере было холодно, мы сами настраивали систему для обогрева. Диван в комнате продавлен и сидеть на нем невозможно. Завтрак был хуже, чем завтрак в городе на террасе. Я считаю, что соотношение цена качество совершенно не соответствуют. Мы за 2 ночи заплатили 400$ и ничего не получили за это, ни сервиса, ни уюта, ни качества.

Eins vorweg, der etwas steiler Weg mit Koffern ist anstrengend aber lohnenswert. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig Personal. Super nett zuvorkommend hilfsbereit tolle Aussicht tolles Gebäude. Das Frühstück top, alles frisch zubereitet. Hervorragend.

Öncelikle çalışanlar çok ilgili. Odalar gayet güzel taş bir konakta kalmanin ayrıcalığını gayet hissediyorsunuz. Konağın manzarası çevre kafelerden farksız. Akşamları terasta oturunca çay kahve ikramları manzaraya karşı gayet güzeldi. Ulaşımı kolay ancak yokuş sokaklardan inip çıkmak valiz taşımak biraz yordu. Kahvaltısı da gayet güzeldi. Herhangi bir isteğinizde çözüm ve memnuniyet odaklı ilgileniyorlar. Otel müdürü Mehmet Bey'e teşekkür ederim. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum.

We really enjoyed it, highly recommend! It's clean, the staff is friendly, and a special thanks to the young man at reception. The Turkish breakfast is excellent, but if you're looking for all-inclusive, this isn't the place for you. The rooms are unique, warm, the water is hot, and the shower is spacious. The bed is comfortable, which is a big plus after a busy day. The terraces overlooking the plain are a special highlight, as are several of them. You can drink wine and take beautiful photos (ladies, bring nice dresses). The staff are great, thank you so much!

Her şey çok güzeldi ilgili personel özelikle resepsiyon daki beyfendi her anlamda ilgili ve alakalıydı, Odalar Güzeldi sadece Temizliğe biraz daha önem verilebilir. Kahvaltısı da çok güzel, valizlere bile çıkışta yardım ediyorlar, Biz memnun kaldık tafsiye ediyoruz 👍

Otelin konumu çok güzel, merkezi bir yerde. Park konusunda otel çalışanları size önceden ulaşıp, karşılayıp, ücretsiz vale hizmeti sunuyor. Güleryüzlü sıcak bir karşılama ve hizmet sizleri bekliyor. Çalışanlar ve hizmetten çok memnun kaldık. Sadece banyo çok küçüktü ve tuvaletle birlikteydi. Bizim kaldığımız odanın öyle olabilir diğerlerini bilemiyorum. Mardin'e tekrar gidersem yine tercih edeceğim bir otel olurdu.

Wir hatten erst ein zimmer wo es sehr stark nach Abfluss roch mit biegen und brechen haben wir für eine Nacht ein anderes zimmer bekommen nach der reperatur konnten wir wieder ins andere zimmer im grossen und ganzen war alkes ok kein top hotel aber lage und aussicht sehr gut
