Beklentimizi karşıladı.

Genel olarak iyiydi. Personeller güler yüzlü. Sadece odadaki tuvalet banyo daha hijyen olabilirdi. Yine de olumsuz bir düşüncemiz yok. Otel zaten bir aile ortamı gibi. Eski Mardin denilen tarihi mekanların tam ortasında. Yer olarak tamda olması gerektiği gibi.

Ekonomik oda satın aldım. Odalar pis. Odada çay, kahve var ama kattle yok. ( soğuk suyla yapıcaz herhalde). Bu yorumu yapıncada ekonomik oda almışsınız. Hilton kalitesi bekliyorsunuz diyor küstahça. Taş ev istediğim için tercih ettim istesem hiltonda da kalırdım. Merak etmetin. Keşke tercih etmeseydim. Taş evle alakası yok. Bide buna 800 lira para veriyorsun. Parasını hiç haketmiyor. Siz bu kafayla çok kaybedersiniz.

Hotel çok merkezi bir konumda. Mardin'in basamaklı yapısı düşünülünce bavul gibi eşyalarla nispeten kolay ulaşılıyor. Hotel görevlileri ilgiliydi. Kaldığım odada klima yoktu, ilk katta olduğu için camı da açamadım. O yüzden havasız kaldı, bu yönü en eksik bulduğum yön olabilir. Üst katlardaki odalarda konaklamanın daha rahat olacağını düşünüyorum.

Perfect terrace

The hotel is located in the historical building in the old town. The staff was nice and they speak English, which is not common in this part of Turkey. I really loved the terrace. Unfortunately, I was told the wrong breakfast time so I missed my breakfast (and I wasn't offered any compensation). The room was completely different than in the pictures, although enough sufficient for 1 or 2 nights.

Otelin tek artısı konumu. Odalar cok pis, duvarlar kağıt gibi, kapılar kartonpiyer inceliginde o kadar ses geçirgendi ki her anahtar sesini, koridordaki fısıltilar bile sizin odanızda. Manzara fena değil. Uygun fiyatlı olsun diye seçtik ama asla hijyenik değildi özellikle banyo. Yerlerde saç kılları vardı hala. Kahvaltı basic düzeyde. Özetle, asla beklentiye girmeyin.

Otel konum itibariyle eski şehir Mardin merkezinde bulunuyor. Çalışan arkadaşlar epey yardımsever. Otelin terasından tüm Mezopotamya ayaklarınızın altında. Kahvaltınızı burada yapabiliyorsunuz. Bizim kaldığımız tek yataklı büyük oda duvarda bulunan elektrikli ısıtıcıyla ısınıyordu Banyosu duşa kabin. Bazıları biraz küçük bulabilir. Kaldığımız oda 400 yıllık bir tarihe sahipti. Eğer butik otel tarzı severseniz Mardin eski şehir seçeneklerinizden birisi burası olabilir. Sonuç olarak ödediğimiz fiyat bazında hizmet aldığımızı düşünüyorum. Kadim otele teşekkürler.

Otel konum olarak Eski Mardin in merkezinde yer alıyor. Mardin in tarihi dokusunu araca gerek kalmadan görebilmek için çok uygun bir konumda. Temizliğe biraz daha özen gösterilmesi gerekiyor.

Öncelikle şunu belirteyim fiyat performans kavramını çok iyi bilen biriyim.Bu otel mimarisi dışında resmen hayal kırıklığı. Benim gibi sigara içmiyorsanız eğer şöyle anlatayım kültablasının içinde yatıyormuş hissi gibi bişey.Odalar koridorlar her yer sigara kokusu hatta dumanı.Odaya gelirsek mimari olarak oda omadığından dönüşüm iyi yapılmamış tuvalet odaya eklenti bi pimapen malzeme doğal olarak içerdeki faliyet odada aynen duyuluyor.Tabi koku tahliyesi de yok manzarayı düşünün.Kahvaltı çok vasat plastik kaptaki market ürünleri oladat.yani kesinlikle hayal kırıklığı.
