The perfect hotel in the perfect town

The most amazing hotel with a spectacular view from the terrace. The staff speak excellent English and are able to organise anything and everything for you; they go above and beyond to make your stay a delight.

The essence of a true boutique hotel

Fabulous hotel, really lovely staff team who were more than happy to help with anything. If you expect your room serviced everyday (we didn’t) you may need to ask but staff very happy to oblige. Hotel very clean and exceptionally well presented. Amazing Turkish breakfast. Every bedroom is individual and the whole hotel lovingly restored by the owner himself.

Positiv Das personel war sehr freundlich. Uns wurde immer geholfen. Frühstück war ekstra die Dame hat uns kurzfristig Frühstück vorbereitet. Negativ Wir hatten 4 Zimmer alle 4 hatten kein heißes Wasser. Also im Winter nicht empfehlenswert da uns mitgeteilt wurde dass sie dagegen nichts machen können. Es waren zu viele Treppen Parkplatz war sehr weit weg wir warne mit Babys unterwegs. Klima war zentral wir mussten immer die Rezeption anrufen. Bettwäsche war dreckig. Unser zimmern wurden nicht gereinigt obwohl wir Schlüssel da gelassen haben. Die zwei punkte sind wirklich nur fürs personal

Odanın mimarisi, esyalar ve dekor çok güzeldi. Nevresimler temizdi. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever olmasına rağmen, otel, işletme anlamında yetersizlikler vardı. Ya personel eksik ya da denetimsizlik sebebiyle olabilir. Odamız yeterince temiz değildi (banyo zemininde bizden önce kalanların pislikleri vardı, elbise askısının üst rafı toz içindeydi ve genel olarak odada tozlu bi his vardı. Bizden önce duvarda talilat işi yapılıp çıkan tozlar alınmamış gibiydi. 2 Yastıgımız da cok yüksek ve sertti. Kahvaltımız ise once çeşide rağmen tam bir hayal kırıklıgıydı. Hiç bir şey taze görünmüyordu. Domates salatalıklar 1 gün önce doğranıp hazırlanmıstı, peynirler cok az ve tahtanın kötü kokusu sinmişti. Çok sayıda gereksiz reçel vardı. Bu kadar israf yerine daha az ve taze ürün sunulmasını tercih ederdik. Onca ürün içinde yiyecek bir şey bulamadık. Sağlıklı beslenenler için hiç seçenek yoktu herşey şekerliydi. Otel bu hizmetle bu fiyatı hak etmiyor. 2 bin tl daha uygun fiyata 1 gece önce kaldıgımız başka bir mardin oteline kıyaslayarak söylüyorum ki kötü bir deneyimdi. Fiyat performans düşük!

Otelin konumu çarşı da fakat araç girmiyor otelin önüne ve valiz olayı sıkıntılı düz ayak değil merdivenler den falan cıkıyorsunuz otele gırmek ıcın, ayrıca kahvaltısı çok kötüydü, odalar çok temiz değildi.

Otelin olduğu konuma araç giremiyor. Personel konusunda sanırım sıkıntıları var iki defa ihtiyacım oldu ikisinde de resepsiyonda kimse yoktu. Sabah kahvaltı saatini kaçırdık ücretiyle yapmak istedik ancak sıcak servis yapamayacaklarını söylediler bu da muhtemelen personel sıkıntısından kaynaklı. Ancak genel olarak odanın dizaynı, temizliği ve konforu çok iyiydi gece otelin taş bahçesinde vakit geçirmek de gayet güzeldi.

Fotoğraflardan görüp beğenmiştim konumu berbat yerde o bavullarla merdiven çıkmaktan fıtık olduk kimse yardımcı olmadı. Odamız sözde koninin dibiydi resmen fısıltı ile konuştuk eşimle nefes alsan duyuluyor. Lobideki ve avludakilerin sesi komple odada zaten. 2 gün rezervasyon yaptırıp parayı peşin ödemiştim 1 gün zor kaldık sabah hemen çıktık paramda yandı ama yanarsa yansın orda psikolojim bozuldu bir daha asla görmeden para yatırmam da kalmam da bu bana ders oldu ben yandım sizde yanmayı dediğim gibi yeri çok pis zaten arabanızı koyacak yerde yok tam bir rezaletti
