Unsanitary, unkept, unconcerned.

Checking in front desk attendant gave no customer service, he was only concerned with payment being received. It would have taken just a moment to ask for ID to see that we were from out of town had never been to the area. Never asked for ID. This location can really use a remodeling I will include the pictures of a very for lack of better words, unsanitized bed. There was human hair left in the bed, which makes me wonder if any of the beds sheets were changed

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The room reeked of a foul odor the moment I walked in. Dust was everywhere, like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. To make matters worse, there were roaches crawling around — completely unacceptable and beyond gross. I couldn’t even feel comfortable staying here. Save yourself the money and the headache and book somewhere else.

Check in was easy. The elevator sounded like in was going to fall apart. The lobby was very musty, smelled bad, smelled like an ash tray and dirty air. The room was suppose to be a non smoking room but smelled like someone just smoked a whole pack of cigarettes in there, thick musty dirty air. Sheets didn’t seem clean at all. Half the lights didn’t work.

We just needed a clean place to drop our stuff and go out and explore. This was probably the cleanest Microtel I’ve seen in a while. It was exactly what we needed, and it was reasonably priced.

Cockroach’s! My stay started out with the man at the front desk giving me a room someone was already in. The place had a weird smell and when I turned on the light in the morning cockroach’s were crawling all over the place. Honestly it was terrible.

The front door to hotel is ajar, and not closed. The lobby has no air. The room had dead roaches and TV does not work well. Over all appearance is dirty.
