Very pleased!

The property was in a nice up kept neighborhood. The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. The communication with the owners exceeded our expectations. I was sad that the pool was not functioning but that was a small problem that the owners addressed. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place

This was a nice place too stay, clean and the pool was great! Beds were comfortable. I would definitely rent again! The only thing I would say is just have Kleenex and more TP. I know we could buy our own and we did. Just little things you don’t think of till you need them.

Nice long weekend getaway

The property was just as described. Plenty of room for kids and adults. Nice pool. In a quiet neighborhood. Nearby shopping and dining. Jou and Dani were very friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to all questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice little place to stay

My family came down for some sun. There was 6 of us. This place was great for us. I paid to hear the pool so my grandaughter could swim all she wanted and man did she lol. Owners are great to work with. Very responsive and accommodating to our request. I would definitely rent again, caveat there is we bought our own place to come to lol. Thank you so much for the use of your place.

Great vacation stay in Maricopa

We had a great time during our stay in Maricopa. The home is very nice and the patio was very relaxing. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and tried to repair the pool when the heater went out. They did make it right with us to compensate for the problem with the pool. Some things in the home could be updated but all in all it was a very pleasant home to stay in.

Perfect Holiday Home

The house was spotless and very roomy. We felt totally at home and very comfortable. It was well stocked with everything you could possible need and more. Dani and Jou were very friendly and helpful. The house was roomy and well furnished, clean and in good condition. We really wish the Expedia listing had mentioned that the "heated pool" would only be heated if you contacted the host in advance (and paid a surcharge). The host did not let us know about this so we were stuck with a cold pool that we couldn't use. The beds were hard and uncomfortable (with a plastic covering on the mattress that crinkles as you move on the bed) and the noise from nearby trains passing in the night was pretty loud.

Great Home

Very quite easy to find location. Pool is warm and even though the ad says cozy there is plenty of space for your family to enjoy. Will stay again.

Perfect vacation home for my group of 5!

My family group (siblings and spouses) loved this home when we were in Maricopa for the weekend for a family wedding! It had the perfect amount of space and still felt cozy. It was also in a very nice neighborhood!
