Hyvä hotelli muutoin, paitsi sänky oli ihan hirveä, liian pehmeä ja muutoinkin parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Hotelli kaipaisi kasvojen kohotusta, vaikka huone olikin rempattu. Alakerran ravintolassa todella hyvät pitsat.

Perussiisti hotelli. Huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia, ja se oli todella kuuma. Mukavat sängyt.

Viivyimme kaksi yötä, joten emme hakeneetkaan välttämättä viimeisen päälle paikkaa. Taitaa Maarianhaminan hintataso vain olla kova. Itse huone oli ok. Ehkä toisinaan perusteellisempi siivous olisi paikallaan. WC:n pelikaapin toinen valo oli pimeä ja toinen vilahteli, eli veteli viimeisiään. Jokaisen siivoojan tulisi tuo pikku ongelma havaita ja ilmoittaa. Jos asukas ilmoittaa, se on "narisemista". Hotellin yleiset tilat, kuten esim. portaikko, kaipaisi pikaista pintaremonttia. Oli pahasti nuhjuista. Henkilökunnassa ei moitittavaa, mutta ei myöskään kehuttavaa. Niin kiire ei saisi olla, että vastaanottovirkailijalla ei ole asiakkaista tyhjän tiskin takaa aikaa heittää huomenia. Pelkkä hymy ja nyökkäyskin on huomioimista. Vastaanottovirkailijoiden käytöksellä saa monta pikkuepäkohtaa anteeksi. Useampi ymmärtää, ettei ole heidän syy, jos omistaja ei huolehdi hotellistaan, tai että hotellinjohtaja ei liiku omaa toimistoaan kauempana. Aamiainen oli muuhun tasoon nähden ihan ok.

Majoitus ja palvelut olivat luvattua kolmen tähden tasoa. Huone on riittävän tilava ja tuuletin viilensi oloa helteellä. Ilmastointia ei ollut. Aamupala oli runsas ja hyvä. Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen, ja sen yhteydessä toimivassa ravintolassa/baarissa oli erinomainen palvelu.

Hinta-laatusuhde ei kohtaa toisiaan. Sisääntulo, lipputangossa liehuu repaleiset hotelliliput, huoneiden kalustus rikkinäinen ja kulahtanut. Vuoteet 2hh lisävuode, epämukavat, natisevat. Korona-aikana, huoneiden siivous vain pyydettäessä, vuorokautta ennen haluttua siivousta!,majoituimme 3 yötä. Hotelli mainitsee uima-altaasta, tämä oli meille valintaperusteena, hotellia valitessamme. Uima-allas ei ollut kuitenkaan käytössä tänä aikana, olisimme päässeet uimaan maksamalla lisähinnan. Hotelli ei vastannut toiveitamme, kaikkea peruspalveluiden (mm. siivous) ei voida laittaa korona-ajan piikkiin.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja kaikki ihan ok. Aamiainen oli kyllä vaatimaton. Hotellin ravintolasta ei saanut muuta ruokaa kuin pitsaa.
