Rowing boat hire, fishing licence sales and fresh bread rolls are within walking distance, other shopping facilities are approx. 11 km away.35 m² non-smoking house with a living room (upholstered seating area, fireplace, flat-screen TV, radio/CD and DAV player), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x single bed), mini-kitchen (electric cooker, fridge with freezer, microwave with oven), bathroom with shower/WC and a covered, furnished terrace. The house is equipped with insect screens on the windows and electric heating. The property also has a brick outdoor fireplace with barbecue, seating, sun loungers, car park and bicycle storage room, and the total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, firewood, water and energy consumption. Please bring your own towels. One pet is allowed in this property. Multiple pets require the consent of the owner before booking.



Groß Leuthen, idyllically situated on the lake of the same name, is a district of the municipality of Märkische Heide, which is located to the east of the Lower Spreewald, on the edge of the UNESCO Spreewald Biosphere Reserve. Far away from tourist centres, this is the perfect holiday destination to discover the region's unique nature on foot, by bike or on the water. The Groß Leuthener See lake is ideal for swimming, fishing or boating (fishing licences and boat hire from the local fisherman), cyclists can explore the area on the „Gurkenradweg“ (cucumber cycle path), there is a family butcher's shop in the village and bread rolls are available at the nearby campsite. Further shopping facilities and sights can be found in Neu Lübbenau (approx. 11 km) or in Lübben (approx. 20 km), the famous Tropical Island can be reached by car in approx. 30 minutes.
