An older motel wirh easy parking at the door. Spacious rooms, hot water and clean towels. Room had a nice view of the mountains. We spemt five nights using it to ride the Greenbrier Trail 3. 5 miles in downtown Marlinton.

Was clean. Room needs some maintenance: drapes had to be pinned shut, DirecTV remote senser missing, dead bolt stuck. Was quiet, bed comfortable. About what I expected for the price.

I would never stay there again. The room stunk, the coffee maker in our room had mold in it. There was mold on the porch outside of our room.

Parking was good, staff friendly, but room was very dated. Had to level the refrigerator because of the noise. Could hear people walking upstairs. Also advertised as having a restaurant and lounge which are no longer open.

I thought it was odd there was no microwave in the room. Was able to go to the lobby to use the microwave there for popcorn. Clean and spacious room. Plenty of parking.

Door was busted on inside of bathroom and the air conditioner stopped working and I would have to get up and turn it off and back on.Other than that I would stay there again.👍

The room was clean and very spacious . The problem was the smell. I smelled musty and old. Also I had to kill a roach that was on the dresser. We had to put our suit case back in the car overnight. We checked the closet and the drawers in the dresser, but did not find anymore bugs.

There is a nice outdoor space in the back of the hotel we enjoyed with many other guest. We grabbed chairs that were in front of each room and cooked up snacks in the fire pit. The hotel welcomed the use of the yard on a beautiful night.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this classic motor lodge just outside of Marlinton. Good value, friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out. A great stay for the price in a beautiful area. The Beds were very comfortable and the room had lots of space. Clean and everything worked as it should.

The shower was good. It was clean. Lighting in the room was very poor. The little refrigerator in the room was evenly malfunctioning, the water we put in there froze soild....room needs to be updated. However we felt safe and slept well.
