They provide a local iPhone for guests to call for assistance at any time, and the design reflects authentic Moroccan vibes with traditional decor and warm colors. The main challenge is finding nearby parking, as it can be chaotic. If you plan to stay exclusively in the Riad area, taking a train from Casablanca Airport and hiring a local driver can simplify your travels. Don’t be deceived by their front entrance! This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. The staff is amazing! The receptionists went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The breakfast is delicious, served with style, every detail is well thought out. The staff is smiling and very helpful. Our room had very comfortable bed and mattress. Their spa is also fantastic!
