Amazing hotel

Great staff service. Breakfast was really nice- the pool was great!!! Bed was so comfy. I got a big double room witch was a bonus when I only paid for a single room!! I would defetly recommend this hotel!!!

Very welcome reception staff, great breakfast. Only really let down by a hopeless waiter by the pool who told me that food could only be served on the terrace and not by the pool and then proceeded to see food taken to someone on a sun lounger. He also didn’t seem to understand asking for a purely tomato salad, despite asking politely in French and then in Arabic... just general incompetence.

Relaxing NYE break

The hotel and rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful but has difficulties of understanding English. The hotel's shuttle service to the main square isn't always reliable. Expect to pay a taxi fare in case the shuttle doesn't turn up to pick you up. Taxi fares vary between £3-10 one way from hotel to main square in the Medina. Carrefour supermarket very nearby the hotel can become handy when buying alcohol.

hôtel standard à 10 minutes de l'aéroport

Pros: Le spa.
