We loved everything about only needed the facility of toilet pipe for muslim and wearing the band in your hands destroy your holiday Pictures other then that everything is good very safe to go with families

Accueil moyen, le personnel ne sait meme pas convertir leur monnaie... Heureusement que le personnel du restaurant a été exceptionnel.

Le confort des chambres est à revoir entièrement, matelas trop dur, l’insonorisation inexistante, les chambres sont vétustes. Les équipements de l’hôtel par contre sont biens, piscines et Aqua Park, la nourriture est bonne mais toujours la même, le personnel est sympa.

Dans une logique d'amélioration continue de nos services, nous prenons note de toutes vos remarques et les transmettons aux services concernés. Concernant la literie, nous comptons 1806 lits et nous sommes en phase de rénovation au fur et à mesure. Notre objectif est de changer presque 50% de la literie d’ici mars 2023 et la totalité d’ici mars 2024. Nous espérons que vous êtes bien rentrés. Sie hatten ein grosses Buffet. Es war jedoch nicht alles hervorrangend aber man fand immer etwas feines zum Essen.
