Located in the heart of Marrakech's medina, in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the souk and 12 minutes from Jemaa El Fna square, the riad is a true haven of peace. With its two heated pools, jacuzzi, hammam, and massage room, it blends contemporary comfort with authentic charm. Our five fully renovated, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are individually decorated with a blend of elegance and simplicity.

The accommodation: The riad is spacious and features a lovely terrace with a jacuzzi for relaxation, as well as a rooftop terrace with a second heated pool offering breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains.
Four air-conditioned bedrooms are arranged around the interior patio, with the "Nomad" room located on the terrace. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Free Wi-Fi (fiber optic) is available throughout the riad.
The living room has a flat-screen TV with all international channels.
Milouda and Hassan will be there to help make your stay as pleasant as possible.
With Milouda, you can enjoy traditional Moroccan cuisine in the dining room or on the terrace (order in the morning for dinner and the day before for lunch the following day) for €19 per person. Moroccan breakfast is served until 11:00 AM (€6 per person).
Rooms can be cleaned daily upon request to Milouda.
We are committed to eco-responsibility, so bed linen is changed upon request.
Towels will be changed if needed, upon request, or mid-stay for stays longer than 5 days.
Our driver can provide airport transfers to the riad for €25 for up to 5 people, and €30 for 6 or 7 people, payable directly to Hassan at the riad.
If you would like a beautician to come to the riad, this is possible. She offers various relaxing or invigorating body treatments, depending on your preference. €37/hour
For slightly chilly winter evenings, you can use the firewood (for a fee) and light a fire in the fireplace.
A tourist tax of 25 Dh per person per day is payable directly to Hassan.
Only Milouda can use the washing machine; she will wash and iron your clothes for an additional fee.
All expenses at the riad must be paid in euros or dirhams.

You have access to the entire riad except for the kitchen, which is reserved exclusively for the cook. A summer kitchen is available for your use on the terrace.
The swimming pool in the patio is heated during the winter months. Please ensure that any children in your care are supervised around the pool.
IMPORTANT: Other remarks
Bringing anyone other than registered guests into the riad during daylight or nighttime hours is strictly prohibited by Moroccan law and may result in penalties (administrative closure) and legal action.
We apply the laws of Morocco in force for unmarried couples (Moroccan nationals).
We kindly ask you to take this into consideration before booking the riad.
Other remarks
Please respect Moroccan law, in particular articles 489, 490, and 503. The use of any illicit substances is prohibited. We do not accept anyone other than our guests or unmarried Moroccan women at the riad.
IMPORTANT REMINDER
Moroccan legislation is very strict regarding relations between Moroccans and foreigners. It is therefore strictly forbidden to bring girls or boys into the riad. Any proven violation will result in immediate departure from the riad without any compensation.
